If you want someone who is serious about self improvement and is very easy to work with than I highly suggest Erica. She cares about her clients as individuals she serious about making sure they meet their goals and she is extremely supportive.

Erica worked around my schedule. She was able to meet me early mornings. She is very professional but at the same time, talks to you like a “real” person. She has been in the weight loss struggle position so,, she understands my concerns and issues. The workouts are targeted to my problem areas. Granted, I want to throw up after each work out,,,, but I know in the end, what she is doing is going to work. Thank you Erica!

Erica goes to the gym with you and exercise right with you. She has a very positive and motivational approach to helping you reach your goals. She has great nutritional guide lines and tips. She knows the gym inside out. If you don’t regularly go to a gym, she will help you get comfortable there. I believe I will reach my goals and I don’t think I’d get there without Erica’ help.
