Kyie has been my trainer for over a year now. I had my daughter 5 years ago and I had always worked out prior to that. After having her, it was so hard to stay motivated and make time to go to the gym. A friend of mine told me he was training with Kyie so I got Kyie’s information. I started a few weeks later. There have been times when I wanted to quit, but Kyie has always been there motivating me even when I didn’t believe in myself. If you want a trainer to keep you motivated and to make you believe in yourself, Kyie does that and more. He’s always there with nutritional information too! I’m getting my body back and I know without his support, nothing would have changed for me. Kyie, if you see this, your the man! Thanks for everything!!

I saw Steve this summer and he asked me to give a review of my work with him. I gladly agreed. I met Steve playing Semi-Pro Football. I have never met a more focused middle linebacker in my life his attention to detail and organization was beyond what was expected. He was a team captain and had a reputation for laying devastating hits on his opponents, quite often knocking them out cold. He was exciting to play with. I later worked with Steve as a Strength Trainer and football conditioner. As with football found him to bring that same intensity to the gym. He is very detail oriented and plans for every action and reaction. I would say he is the best and helped me achieve success in a short time where I had not training for years prior. If you want o experience gains and support from a first class operation I suggest you train with Steve and get what you have been working for instead of just dreaming about it. You will not be disappointed.

Tammy and I have been training on flexibility and stretching specifically, which was the intent on original posting on Thumbtack. The program is focused on multiple areas and is properly positioned for me to develop my flexibility in sessions and on my own. The training sessions are appropriately timed and Tammy is also able to arrange her time based upon my busy schedule. The experience is developing as we both expect it to take a few months to see significant change, but so far, I am very pleased.

Nancy was an amazing trainer; I would recommend her for anyone who is interested in hiring a personal trainer. She was always very professional and tailored my workouts to exactly what I needed. Lou has been amazing to work with. He assists not only with training but nutrition as well. He made sure to answer all my questions and get me adapted to a meal plan I can follow for the rest of my life prior to getting me into training sessions. When we did begin training he explained each exercise to me to ensure I was doing it properly and could perform it on my own. I am addicted to the workouts and began seeing results immediately. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone who is looking to get in shape or just maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Antrofit is hands down the best training company you will find. Johnny Loretti is an absolute beast in every sense of the word. His knowledge, experience and excitement for his job were all things that helped take my body to the next level. From his meal plans to training routines, he transformed my body into exactly what I was looking for (in a fraction of the time I thought it would take). I started training with Billy in Jan 2017 after losing 50 pounds on Weight Watchers. I interviewed other trainers at the time but never found a good fit. Upon meeting Billy for the first time, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience about nutrition, strength training, anatomy, and overall fitness. He is an excellent listener and employs routines and strategies that support his client's goals / needs. Little did I know that I would reach my goal weight (lose another 30 lbs for total 80 lb loss), succeed in strength training taking me to new personal records that I never dreamed of (deadlifts, etc...), firm up body and run my very first 5K within 6-7 months of starting to work with Billy. I have had a few injuries (shoulder, back) from extracurricular sports that have required physical therapy. Billy understands PT's approach, is happy to communicate & build plans with them, and then modifies our routine to support PT objectives while continuing to stay on a path supporting strength training and overall fitness. I plan to continue working with New School Fitness / Billy on a regular basis (training for "Tough Mudder" or possibly "Spartan" - can't believe it - so amazing). After such a successful, and fun, first year training with Billy, I am happy to highly recommend "New School Fitness".

Trent is the best trainer :) I lost 16 lb in two months, I feel much stronger, sleep much better. my endurance has greatly improved threw the course of training. The training are very hard, but worth it.

Janey is amazing. His enthusiasm, professionalism and fun attitude completely changed my perspective on personal training. For less than two months, I have developed so much confidence on weight training/ interval training and really started to see results of my training. My legs have gotten much stronger and I have lost two pounds of fat in exchange for muscles. Most importantly, I have developed a habit of going to the gym even outside our personal training sessions. Care is an extremely hard worker and wants the best out of her clients. She works around your schedule the best she can and always figures out a way to make it work so you don't miss a training day. Cara is truly a professional who motivates you to the fullest. There was times I wanted to give up but Cara was there to push me through. She will reach out even on off days to see how you are doing - I know this really helped me because I was able to always keep up with pushing myself to workout when I didn't see her. I can honestly say I will never try another trainer- Cara will always be the one!

I initially sought out personal training sessions in efforts to take care of myself after some extenuating, life circumstances. After interviewing several prospective trainers, it became so evident that Dennis and the Fitness Grind was the right place for me. In addition to being a very equipped gym, the environment is uplifting, encouraging and supportive. I can't even begin to explain how life changing it's been for me working with Coach Dennis Faulkner. He is extremely well versed in fitness, but possesses a genuine care and concern for the people he works with. I am so thankful that he essentially has helped me "find" myself again and I already have noticed tremendous differences in my overall strength, agility and endurance levels. I look forward to our training sessions every week and I know I'm definitely going to get a work out. Dennis has done a wonderful job of tailor making a routine that suits my personal fitness goals. I highly, highly recommend Dennis and the Fitness Grind. You won't regret it!

I've been with Joe Merchant for nearly 2.5 years (from before he started Next Level) - which in itself is probably a testament to Joe's ability. Over this period, I've lost more than 60lbs and have become the strongest I've been in my life. I am writing this with the intention of leaving a comprehensive review. After all, I found Joe through Thumbtack and I wouldn't want anyone else to miss out on him. NLPT's training system is not just about weight loss and good physique. That's just the side effect. It's about functional training, where you also exercise and strengthen those typically hard to exercise muscles in creative, different ways. It prepares your body to be most effective in day to day activities, all while helping you chisel your body. His training regimes are in accordance with goals that you have in mind. Start of 2018, I changed mine from simply getting stronger to getting my body fat % down, and I've lost more than 30lbs since Feb 2018 (with 3 sessions a week). Once he gets to understand your body, he begins to know what is excessive for you, what your body is capable of, and when it's a mental block that's preventing you from doing one more rep or adding 5lbs. I've experienced this repeatedly. Joe's knowledge of the muscular system continues to astound me. Couple of instances: - On more than one occasion, I've complained about tightness in certain muscles to which he will tell me to roll/stretch out an unheard of muscle in a certain manner that he will demonstrate. A few painful moments later, the tightness goes away. - He observed that I wasn't able to engage certain muscles in an exercise. He then proceeded to sit down in a certain way and asked me if I sat in that posture at work, because that could mess me up. And indeed that's what I was doing. He also constantly updated himself with latest studies, and is more than willing to have sensible debates with you, should you have contradictory information. Having had an immensely positive experience with him, I find it tough to say something "negative" - so you'll have to forgive me for that. I will say this: you may not see "results" within a week or even a few of training with him. Although I'm inclined to look at your own dietary habits and lifestyle (as it was with me), be open with him about it, and stick with NLPT for a few months more. Everyone's body is different, and no one has the magic formula. Joe loves what he's doing, and it's infectious. You do your bit, and he'll make you the best version of you yet.

I’ve been training with Isaiah for about 4 months now, 3 / 1 hour sessions per week, and I can’t deny it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came across Isaiah through word of mouth. My first impressions were his professional manner as well as being very down to earth. He’s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training , very mature and ahead of his age. There hasn’t been a day I wake up and don’t look forward to the next session. Over the course of these past 4 months of training I’ve noticed my strength go up immensely as well as starting to notice an increase in size, which I’ve never seen before. Although both of those are important I believe the most notable thing I’ve gained would be my confidence. Sure I could go to another gym alone and do this, but it wouldn’t be the same. I wouldn’t be given that extra push to finish the set, or step up in weight, plus I would have continued to lift with sub par form which would lead to further complications. This all changed through training with Isaiah, I would highly reccomend giving him a call if you’re looking for results.

I signed up for 3 months of training with Chad in April with the hope to lose weight, build strength and not cringe at the thought of exercising after work. I was a little hesitant to commit to two training sessions a week since it had been almost 2 years since I had exercised on a regular basis’ (since my son was born) but Chad was patient and explained each move and the proper form in an understandable way for me. I was nervous of what my capabilities would be after being out of the game for so long. The feeling of intimidation subsided within the first few minutes of my first workout with Chad due to his personable and friendly way. That first work out was a killer at the time and 15 minutes in I was sweating hard but I loved it and couldn't wait to come back for more! Each session is different and Chad is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of thought and effort into the workouts he plans for me. In 3 months have I gained so much physical strength and I also have noticed positive changes in my energy level, mindset, sleeping habits and food choices. I don’t dread going to the gym after work anymore. His passion for fitness and his desire to help people is what made me renew for another 3 months of training and I am excited to see more results in my weight loss and physical strength journey.
