- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet with the client prior to do the work, introduce my self and learn what are they looking for in order to tailor our services to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience working at a high end hotel in Boston. We do intensive training when hired and periodically trainings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After getting laid off from Boston waterfront hotel due to covid i decided to start my business providing cleaning services.
