There were a few missing things such as the windows, but they are quite high so I don’t fault Magic cleaners. They spent some time cleaning a studio apartment, with clutter that I stopped looking over after my body injuries. When I saw they had about 10 bags filled with papers and things I had once thought I’d look into and organize, I felt upset yet relieved that something more around 10 years old trash was finally taken care of. I’m very satisfied I can finally sleep well and clutter free.

That room was a mess. Toxic waste levels. It is now beautiful, and smells amazing. Bathroom has never looked so good. It was a big job, and they did it beautifully.

Flavia & her daughter were absolutely amazing, i cannot thank them enough for all of their time and hard work they put into deep cleaning our home. My husband and I were blown away. They spent 9 hours here and were so quiet, respectful and thorough. We will be scheduling again with them soon.. and look forward to it!!! As they cleaned the kitchen topped to bottom.. they also did my dishes!!! Also loved all of the little bows they made out of towels and the organization that they helped us with as they cleaned 🙂

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
working with new clients is always challenging, after scheduling we make visits to see the house and clean it, at this time we get to know the tastes of the clients and become familiar with the house, facilitating the work inside it .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In Brazil I worked for 6 years in the same family home and recently I worked for myself with sales of açaí a kind of luck with a different flavor for those who do not know açaí and typical of Amazonas and Paraná, the indigenous people also use it a lot to make a drink .
