FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are as follows: My labor charge is $85/hr. billed in increments of 1/4hr. For example, if I were to unlock your car door and it takes me 5min to do so, you will be billed to the nearest 1/4hr which is 15min with a charge for labor being $21.25 plus the service call of $60 for a total of $81.25. On the weekends and after 7pm weekdays, the charge would be a flat fee of $100. Service calls are charged at $60 plus labor charge. My service call fees can be negotiable. It will have to agreed upon between myself and you before I accept the job and before work is performed. If called to your location and upon arrival, and then you decide not to have the job performed, there is a $60 charge to pay for time, expense, and fuel costs. (That only seems fair, don't you think? The time that is wasted could have been used for another customer that needed my services and did not have to wait unnecessarily for me to come to them.) All that I ask is that you make ABSOLUTELY certain that you are going to use my services once you commit me. Work order estimates are priced at $45. Any other questions about my fees, feel free to call me: 803.430.3891

I am also a member of The National Locksmith Association, National Safe Organization, Safe/Vault Technicians Association, and The National Locksmith Automobile Association.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being a truck driver for almost 20 years, I wanted to do something different and have a business of my own. It has been my life-long dream to one day own my own business, and finally, it's here. It may be a little slow in growing, but I'm not giving up. This business is my "baby", and I'm not going to allow anything bad happen to it.
