- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is $200 for up to 1500 sq ft and $50 for each additional 500 sq ft. Can give exact price when client/realtor tells me what sq ft house is listed at.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with client at prospective home, go over inspection process and any questions they may have. Perform inspection and answer any questions during inspection process. Get paid. We except cash,check and credit card. Send detailed report with pictures to email or hard copy can be provided for extra $10 charge within 24 hrs. Its just that easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years experience in the construction industry from concrete,framing, electric,plumbing, roofing,and hvac. I owned hvac company for 3 years until economy crashed.
