We needed someone quickly to help move a recliner from a storage unit to our house. Ruslan responded immediately to my request. He showed up right on time and was super careful in moving the furniture. We asked if he could bring a helper and he did. He was courteous and friendly. This is our second time we have booked Ruslan (for a different job) to install cabinetry and build a beautiful piece of furniture for our kitchen. Once again he did amazing and we could not be happier. We texted him that morning, he gave us a quote and showed up about 3 hours later and got the job done quick! He stayed true to his price (again) that he initially quoted and is polite, is attentive to detail, and educates you along the way. He is honest and trusting and you don’t feel like a stranger is in your home. He will return all parts to you and not try to deceive you. If you are a new home owner, new to the area and don’t want to deal with people trying to scam you and mislead you, or even have lived here long term needing a reliable, affordable, trustworthy person that will do great work on your home, for mostly any project you can think of, this is your guy!! We plan to only use Ruslan as our full time handyman on all home projects going forward. He is the best pro on this app by far and better than contractors we have hired that have been rude and try to take advantage, I always contact my family in New York that all work in construction and most times people are trying to rip you off and we decline using them after bad experiences or when they come out to our home and are just rude and condescending, we always decline when workers are rude upon meeting and try to act like they won’t know the price until the work is done. We have used other pros on this app and they were okay, but most don’t know how to quote you correctly for jobs or do not have the tools needed. We have used others and they do not even come close to Ruslan. Thank you so much again Ruslan. God bless you and your family and we hope you all have a happy new year!!!
