For logo design, I price the service at $35/hr. For web design, I price the service at $55/hr. For web development, I price the service at $70/hr. For web design and development, I price the service at $85/hr. These rates include the time creating mock-ups, and the production of the final product. In addition to this, I will give the client a max time limit before beginning of what I believe how long it will take me to begin the project that way there is not an unexpected surge for the project cost. If there is something added on to the project after the project has begun that will increase the amount of time needed to spend on the project, I will communicate this with the client. For large scale projects, I will quote a flat fee after being able to communicate with the client the services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

This way that I can be aware of potential interests that they would need and better serve them. Once I meet them, I would like to beginning discussions on their vision and offer suggestions for things they may not have thought of. I would respond to them after the meeting in an email to clarify what I took away from the meeting and then begin working on the project. I update customers every 2-3 days on progress until the project is completed.
