Akira's service for my refrigerator was absolutely perfect. He was prompt, found the problem right away, and gave me a decent estimate. He came back the next morning with the new parts, installed them, and cleaned up. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and also services all other home appliances. I will always call on him for any future appliance repairs. He's the best.

Our washer wouldn't drain. Akira responded the same day as my request. He diagnosed the problem and provided a quote after explaining the problem to me. He returned the next day and replaced the faulty part. He left my laundry room clean and tidy. Through out the entire process he was friendly and professional and was even friendly to my dogs! I will definitely recommend A-1 to others and use them again for any appliance repairs I may need in the future. Way to go !
