What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job starts with a written price for a written scope, so there are no surprises at the end. Estimates are free inside our service area. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, check and cash. Referral program: when a neighbor or friend you refer books a job with us, you both get $50 off your next service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A short message or call to understand the job. 2. A visit to look at it, usually within two or three days. 3. A written price, usually the same day for small jobs. 4. A date and time you can count on, with a text before we arrive. 5. Photos of the finished work and a quick walkthrough with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is hands on and trade specific. Our crew leads come from production work in flooring, tile, cabinetry and finish carpentry, and we work daily alongside custom home builders and interior designers whose standards set the bar. We follow manufacturer specifications on every material we install, from moisture testing before a hardwood or luxury vinyl floor to full waterproofing before any tile goes on a shower wall.
