BYOB was extremely easy to work with. We planned everything through email, which in my profession is worth its weight in gold. Zoulieka was ready to go the minute our first guest walked through the door. I could not recommend her enough!

They were nice to my guests, courteous to me, and seemed to do a good job. However, they were late to arrive at the venue (15 minutes). Also, my husband asked them mid reception to refill the coffee and they responded that they wouldn’t because coffee was not their job. My husband was very disappointed by that answer. We both wanted coffee and were too busy to make it ourselves and didn’t think it was a stretch to ask the people hired to handle drinks to refill a pot.
