Outstanding Service from Reid’s Maintenance Service
Reid’s Maintenance Service did an excellent job installing the electrical box for the HVAC system and increasing the breaker capacity. From start to finish, he was highly professional and communicated clearly every step of the way. He took the time to explain the issue, outline what needed to be done, and walk me through how he would resolve it.
Although his normal availability is limited to weekends, Reid made a special effort to come out on a Friday to assess the problem, which I truly appreciated. He resolved the issue promptly and efficiently, minimizing any disruption to my tenant. His reliability, expertise, and commitment to customer service made this a seamless experience. I would highly recommend Reid’s Maintenance Service for any electrical or maintenance needs.

The HVAC TECHNICIAN was prompt, professional, and very courteous explaining the repair process clearly without any pressure. He was knowledgeable, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.
