Introduction: I am a native of Nagano, Japan and moved to South Carolina in 1987 from Tokyo. I have worked for several Japanese restaurants in the Lowcountry and was the former executive chef at O-ku in downtown Charleston. I would like to offer some fresh sushi at your convenient location and also do sushi classes.
I love making foods for other people and take great pride in my dishes.
I also love teaching. I have trained many young sushi chefs in my career.
