- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy speaking with my client to get a feel for what they are looking for. From there coming up with menus and presentation can be done through email. Meeting in person and seeing the space for the event can take place after menus are set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University and over 20 years of experience in catering and restaurants.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking in the kitchen with my mother, from there I continued because I love being in the kitchen.
