I was extremely impressed with Brooks' service from beginning to end. He was a pleasure to work with and his food was absolutely delicious and perfect for my event. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and would certainly recommend his services to anyone seeking a caterer!

Not only was the food delicious and visually stunning, but I was so impressed with how attentive Brooks was to our specific needs. He really made a point to make the experience something that felt specifically catered to us. He was friendly, fun and he even gave us the most delicious coffee cake as a thank you gift at the end of the night. It was such an unexpected treat! You will have an unforgettable and fun experience- I highly recommend using him for your next event.

Brooks is the consummate professional and perfectionist in everything he does. His food is consistently amazing and my only complaint is that there are never enough leftovers! His quote was fair, his menu inventive and his delivery was spot on. My guests were blown away by the food and the service.Brooks is the only person I will call when hosting parties or out of town guests.

Brooks was very easy to work with, the food preparation was outstanding and everything was reasonable in cost and reliable. He worked with me on my multi meal menu's, made suggestions that pleased the whole crowd and kept the budget in mind. I have recommended him to many local residents and look forward to using him again.

Brooks catered a party for us last Fall. My husband had business associates in from NY to Kiawah for a board meeting. We hosted a party at our house for them and spouses - about 30 people. The food was absolutely amazing!!! Brooks did a pulled pork that was out of this world and a delicious shrimp and grits entree as well. The CEO wants Brooks to cater the same food for this year's meeting in Kiawah. We went to Cassique and the Atlantic room during their stay and everyone liked what Brooks served the most! He is incredibly professional, his food is over the top and we couldn't have been more pleased.
