FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is always the first step. I want to make sure we are on the same page. This can be done via phone call if necessary. A trial run is also highly recommended, especially for brides. Otherwise we get to work once all questions are answered and a deposit is paid. At that point I'm sure we're on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Cosmetologist. I have been in the beauty industry for over 20yrs. I have been a freelance artist for 14 of those years. I continually educate myself by attending workshops, trade shows and online classes. I also teach classes as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to cosmetology school where I was trained in hair, skin, and nails. Although I didn't really get into makeup right away. I found a passion in doing so some years later. I don't think I'll ever get into doing nails but I've put my training to good use over the years.
