- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system on most of my services. Below are some of my services with pricing. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer that a new client sends me pictures of the final goal and the current state of their hair before we set up an appointment. Once received, I will let them know if the desired look is realistic and what I would suggest either way. I also provide an extensive consultation at the start of the appointment. I am focused on the integrity of the hair and will make suggestions based on that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a dual license that requires 900+ additional hours of training than a cosmetologist. It includes a master hair care stylist and master barber licensing. I also have a BS in business administration from the College of Charleston. I am also taking continuing education courses whenever available and stay up to date on the latest trends.
