Had an issue with a kitchen cabinet door that broke off its hinges, along with some weather stripping around the back door that was letting in a draft. I had a bedroom door that wouldn't latch properly and a slow-draining bathroom sink. He fixed both issues in under an hour! He adjusted the door strike plate perfectly and cleared out a nasty clog from the sink trap. He was very respectful, wore shoe covers, and the price was very fair.
