- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in providing high quality, honesty, and affordability to our customers. Our handyman rate is a standard $45/hour for all jobs. No haggling needed, we offer the same rate to all jobs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small jobs, where the customer has the materials, we will set up a date and time to complete the work. For larger jobs, that require us to purchase materials and supplies, we need someone to come to the job site for an assessment. At that time, we will provide a quote that will include cost for materials and supplies, as well as schedule the dates and times to complete the job. We require a down payment to cover all materials and supplies. Labor will be due at the time of completion. For jobs only requiring labor that is over $500, we require a 40% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a partnership with a team that has over 30 years of industry experience in multiple areas. Prior experience includes plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior painting, exterior cleaning, assembly, flooring, large and small repairs, project management.
