Suzy’s team saved my butt. I broke my foot four days into our moving process, and just knew I was not going to be able to clean the way I needed to for moving out. The team came to the rescue and they were so quick and efficient, it blew my mind. They made the place look, move in ready in a matter of a couple of hours. The oven was spotless, the floors were squeaky clean, the baseboards were immaculate, and the whole place smelled amazing. Even my landlord was super impressed. There were three ladies who came to the house to clean. When they arrived, one young lady asked me if I knew the price. I informed her that I was aware it was $220. She responded that the price was actually $300. I told her that I would not be paying $300. She then tried to negotiate down to $280, but I insisted on paying $250, and she accepted that amount. They did an excellent job cleaning. However, the lady in charge really needs to clarify the pricing to her workers. Additionally, I gave a $100 tip, but they claimed I only gave $30. While they perform very well, they seem to lack trustworthiness when it comes to business matters.
