I was on a tight schedule with very little lead time. I was forced to take a risk on a caterer I had not used before. Not my comfort zone. Our church needed drop off BBQ chicken for 200 people. And remember I will need to be a church member for at least another 30 years. I contacted Zack at Willard's Catering and he brought a sample of his food to me. I explained my preferences to him for the meal. He came through without flaw. The food was on time, to my liking and hot. Everyone was pleased and nothing was left over. I will use him again. Thank you for this service.

Zack Willard gave us an amazing evening with impeccable food. Worth every dollar. Incredibly professional, on time, and even put coffee in the coffee maker for us, for the morning!

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Zach's cuisine and services while on a family vacation on Kiawah Island. Our extended family consists of a group 10 adults plus children. We have been taking a week long vacation together annually for several years and have used 3 other personal chefs. We all voted that Chef Zach was by far the best! From the beginning he was responsive and flexible while planning our dinners via email. He was very agreeable to a couple of modifications we requested and easily accommodated some allergies within our group. The food far exceeded our expectations. We loved every single thing he made. As a bonus, there was ample quantity that allowed for leftovers for breakfast and lunch on subsequent days. We also found that he had a great perception of when to engage with the group and when to blend in as he prepared the meals. He was very receptive and patient with the children too when they chatted with him and asked him a lot of questions. Thank you Chef Zach for adding so much to our vacation!
