I’ve been managing and operating Airbnb properties in Charleston for over four years and currently manage 10+ homes in the area. Our focus is on maximizing revenue while maintaining an excellent guest experience.
To do this well, I’ve built a small team around the business. We work with a dedicated revenue manager who constantly adjusts pricing based on demand, seasonality, and market trends to help properties outperform the market. We also partner with an interior designer who helps create spaces that stand out in photos and attract more bookings.
Along with that, we handle everything from listing optimization and guest communication to cleanings, maintenance coordination, and overall property care.
Many homeowners start out self-managing and eventually realize how time consuming it can be. Our goal is to remove that stress while helping the property perform at its full potential.
Because I also operate my own short-term rentals, I treat every property like it’s my own and focus on the small details that lead to better reviews, higher occupancy, and stronger revenue for owners.

This was a fantastic place to stay with our grown children for some time away. Location is great. House is extremely clean and very well decorated! We loved having bikes, beach chairs, a ping pong table and hot tub all at our disposal! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great experience staying at Taylors place in West Ashley for one week while my daughter participated in a therapy intensive program! The house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family. We felt safe in the home and neighborhood. Taylor was very friendly and responsive throughout the week, making a perfect host. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved having the secondary living space. Thank you, Taylor! We would definitely choose to stay here again.
