- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We offer $90/hr for two movers, $135/hr for three movers, $185/hr for four movers, etc. -$150 down payment on truck rentals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-For residential moves, we have a simple questionnaire that is typically covered over the phone. During that time, we inquire about the details of your move (flights of stairs, challenging pieces, how many boxes, etc.), you will then be given an estimate that is decided upon in two hour increments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-All employees are trained by the owner, who has specialized in antiques and transport for over 10 years. Though our company is new, our employees are veterans in the industry.
