I asked for a quote and Daniel said they were working in the area and suggested a time to stop by. I liked that. How can you quote something without seeing it? When he couldn’t make that time window, he texted, apologized, and gave the time he could make it. He did a quick survey of the tree removal and suggested a few things that might make sense while they were there. I did take him up on one suggestion to trim a tree overhanging the pool. He was pleasant, courteous, and ready to get to work. He said the team would be there the next morning. They arrived before 8:00 and started stringing their ropes. A few other crew members arrived and before 10:00 they were done! All branches were chipped and the big logs were loaded and hauled away. All the guys were great, knew their jobs, and functioned like a smooth machine. I enjoyed speaking Spanish to some of them (which made them smile), but Daniel and a few of the team leaders spoke excellent English. I was VERY pleased and would definitely hire them again!

Paz Arbor Care LLC reached out to me on Tuesday the same day I contacted them. They came out that evening, gave me an amazing quote after looking at the pecan tree and other trees I needed to have removed and trimmed. Sent me over their contact quote that same evening. My tree removal and trimming was done on Thursday very professional removal of everything by the time I got off work my yard was completely clean when the guys left like they were never there. The guys came out early Friday morning to do my stump removal. I was not at home when they came out. But they professionally completed the job and cleaned up my yard again like nothing was ever done. But my dead pecan tree was completely gone. GREAT job by the team that came out to my house. I was truly impressed with the service and how efficient they were with doing their job. Will definitely recommend and will be hiring them in the future.

Hire them! Best value, great customer service, and did a wonderful job. I had a few stumps removed and a large tree trimmed back. They ground out the stumps and cleaned up completely after they left, even blowing my front door clean of pollen. They left my yard spotless after the tree trimming, not even a twig left behind, threw the large limbs into a chipper. The entire crew was so friendly, thanks Paz Arbor Care!

The on-site assessment and quote from Danny was smooth and straightforward. Scheduling with Karla and the office was a breeze. The crew arrived on time and were friendly, professional, highly efficient, skilled, thoughtful and considerate of our property as well as our neighbors. They worked carefully around power lines, raised garden beds, and a young Maple Tree - and all were damage free once the job was complete, a testament to their level of expertise. They cleaned everything up and payment with Venmo was seamless and we immediately received the paid invoice and receipt. All in all, truly Paz is an excellent company with management and employees who genuinely care about their work, their customers, and delivering quality results for a reasonable price.
