Yoga with Erica Marie Yoga is so relaxing and refreshing! Erica is a very kind and compassionate teacher with extensive knowledge. Being newer to practicing yoga, I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Erica gave me many modifications and levels for poses that I wasn’t quite ready for. I appreciate all that Erica and her classes have done for me!
