Brad R. says, "I am new to the area and I flip houses, so I need to find a new subcontractor base to help with the work. Walter and his team did amazing. Fair price, excellent work, and everyone on his staff was super nice. I had Walter do a deck for me just to see how he did, and start to finish was great, quality of work was just as great. He will bid future projects for me."See more

Barbara Windham says, "Ari Construction recently completed a comprehensive list of improvements and renovations in our home and studio, and our experience was second to none. New floors! New windows! New roofs! New siding! New (long) driveway! Interior and exterior painting throughout! And the most significant of the improvements resulted in our home being more accessible for my husband who is disabled and confined to a wheelchair. For 10+ years we have lived with a too-steep non-ADA compliant ramp, not to mention the beating inflicted by his wheelchair on our home's interior walls and narrow doorways. From day one, Tia Savage's caring and understanding of our situation put us at ease. She did a phenomenal job designing and carrying out the build of a beautiful deck with an ADA-compliant ramp, as well as many much-needed interior modifications. At every turn she was a collaborative partner, always listening and giving serious consideration to our input. Tia has grown Ari Construction by surrounding herself with a team of professionals who share her values and vision, and who collectively exhibit an impressive record of longevity with Ari. That kind of loyalty speaks volumes about the kind of leader she is. I admire and respect Tia for her entrepreneurial success with Ari Construction, and look forward to following her progress as she continues to use her talents to beautify the homes and businesses of those people in our community who are lucky enough to engage her services!"See more

FAQs

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

There are several great options for waterproof basement flooring. For example, epoxy floors are waterproof but are thicker and sturdier than paint. Make sure the concrete substrate has been prepared for application.

Tile is a designer’s dream, giving you a moisture-resistant surface that’s infinitely customizable. Rubber sheets or tiles are also good waterproof options, particularly for playrooms, workout areas or laundry rooms.

Vinyl tiles and planks imitate wood or other materials very convincingly, provide moisture resistance and last a long time. And sheet vinyl is affordable and a great waterproofing solution for those in need of quick fixes.
