- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and up front, I am not like the big name companies. I show you what you are paying for and explain everything to you so we both will be on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple I do a consultation. check out the area's where work will be performed and walk the customers through everything that will take place in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved my HVAC certification from Centura College and my EPA license from VGI TRAINING.
