- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ServSafe Courses: ServSafe Food Safety/Manager Fee per student: $145, includes course, exam, and certificate. $175 with course book. ServSafe Food Handler Fee per student: $85 includes course, course book, exam, and certificate. Other available courses: range from $25-$100 per student minimum 10 students per class for client-scheduled classes Meal demonstrations o Menu selected with client o Examples: stir fry, soups and sauces, breads, dehydrated products, canning, Therapy product/Food Science courses o Teas, aromatherapy, salves, skincare, probiotics, vitamin fortified products Availability 6 hour Food Safety/Manager classes: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 2 hour Food Handler classes: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Tuesday Thursday
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always attending professional conferences and workshops to stay abreast of emerging trends in the field. I am a member of several professional organizations where I have the opportunity to network with industry practitioners from all aspects of the food industry. I receive dozens of professional journals monthly along with engaging in reputable internet research daily.
