- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a consultation. We have a meeting with a new client to truly understand their wants and needs for their event. As we move through the process, we stay in constant contact to ensure that we are aware of any changes. We do this to keep our clients worry-free on the day of their event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an admiration for DJs and what they did to engage people in a party environment. That, coupled with my extreme love of music, made my decision to enter the industry clear, when the opportunity presented itself. Our company is built on the tenants of: good customer service, professionalism, and taking pride in providing a high entertainment value.
