- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be be mindful of everyone’s unique situation and understand that not everyone can afford the same things. But I also try and be fair to myself and my gear by setting prices that reflect my skill, experience, and service. If you have questions about price, just ask me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Touch base and get to know them a little, and try and get a feel for what inspires them, and what they’re looking to get out of our shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
