I had a wasp nest by my front door. Israel responded the same day and took care of the wasps. He was very polite and went right to work. I was so impressed that I now have a service agreement and they wil be servicing my home every quarter.

I hired "Chimex" via Thumbtack. Instead, they sent another company to my home (Vinx). Over the phone, they told me that my seasonal spraying for mosquitoes was $40, which would end in October.

In November, they charged me again and said that they don't spray for mosquitoes during the cold months and that their billing is a yearly "subscription" and the only way to stop being billed would be by paying a cancelation fee of $170. I truly regret ever hiring this shady company, and I pray that no one else gets duped like I did. Shameful business tactics
