Our home has been serviced by Vinx since 2024. We live in a wooded area so we are exposed to a variety of critters. We have no doubt that this pestcontrol works. The interactions with office staff and technicians have been above par. We discontinued the service for a few months (for personal reasons). However, there was no hassle getting restarted. We have recommend Vinx to our neighbors and friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the Home/ Area we will be treating as well as what pests you are experiencing. We can determine price once we know the how big the area will be treating is and then what pests we need to take care of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers our priority is taking the time to understand the concerns. Once we understand the concerns and what the pest activity is, we can then provide an accurate assessment of what needs to happen to most effectively and efficiently control the pests and provide a superior service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 100+ years of pest control experience among our management, and far beyond that within the company in it's entirety. We have seen it all, heard it all, and treated it all many times over :)
