Introduction
Hello my name is John, I do HVAC some electrical and plumbing. As well as small household projects. I am in the process of starting my own company,when that is finalized the details will be updated. I am universally certified and fair priced. I do have a diagnostic fee for most things and sometimes could even help you over the phone. I have been doing this since 2017. I do work full time for the time being until I get enough customers under my belt to be able to quit so I'm not available anytime during the day, but I do make the time and flexible to other people's work schedule without charging what most companies consider after hours that's what will set my business apart. I do basic maintenance on the unit, troubleshoot and technical work and in the unfortunate event replacement. Contact me.

John showed up and performed the task as requested, was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. We had some degree of difficulty installing our thermostat before, John was able to get it up and working. I'd gladly work with John again on future projects. Thanks again John, it was a pleasure.

My air went out & John was very quick to respond. He came over, diagnosed the issue with our AC unit & fixed our problem. He’s now my go to guy when it comes to maintenance & AC. Really, really good work. Very affordable pricing. Great service. All around good job from John.

Paid for a service and did not get the work completed. Stated the fan was not functional, called a actual electrician and it was properly installed in 18 minutes exactly. Spent $75 on this project to then have to turn around and spend $100 for someone else to complete.
