Hi, I’m Jazz, a Holistic Wellness Coach and NASM-certified personal trainer. My wellness journey began in 2018 after graduating from Veterinary School. Like many, I struggled with my weight, but the stress of school and life circumstances amplified the challenge. I entered school at approximately 170 lbs and graduated at 220 lbs.
I became concerned about potential health issues like diabetes and high blood pressure & I realized that the activities I once loved—outdoor adventures and dancing—became physically and mentally challenging. On top of that, I wasn’t fully showing up in life the way I wanted. Insecurities, low energy, and lack of clarity held me back. I feared that my health and fitness struggles would prevent me from living my best life. I had to make a change.
I shifted my mindset, improved my diet, and got active by doing what I love—dance! The weight began to steadily drop, and within a year, I had lost approximately 70 lbs while enjoying delicious, healthier food and engaging in movement that brought me joy. But my goal wasn’t just to hit a healthier weight. I value a life filled with purpose, vitality, and impact. Therefore, the goal was to create a sustainable lifestyle that would allow me to live more fully and meaningfully.
Today, I’m grateful for all that I have learned and gained on my journey. And as I continue on this path, I am ready and excited to help you begin yours.
