- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-Person consultations within a 30 mile range of Charlotte are $60. Over the phone, in-app, or text message consultations are free of charge. Studio/1 Bedrooms start at $89 2 Bedrooms start at only $115 3 Bedrooms start at $135 4 Bedrooms start at $170 Discounts apply depending on frequency of recurring service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts off by requesting a free*, no obligation quote. This can be done on the app, by phone call, text message, or in person. We take the time to ask you the RIGHT questions to understand where to clean, what you would like done, what days/recurring days you need the work done, and so forth. After you accept our quote, we will set you up on our schedule and then send you our Terms and Agreement (no contract) to look over by e-mail. After that, that’s it! We will be out on the day you need us there. *In-Person Consultation fee applies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off cleaning AirBnB’s for a close colleague of mine then it ramped up after a few referrals from him. Starting off with AirBnB’s helped me to understand the customer/client experience and how that affects them walking into a Clean Space.
