We used K-Touch Moving Help to unload our U-Haul after our move, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations.
On our end, we had a couple of unexpected issues come up with our home closing that caused our move-in time to be delayed by about three hours. We communicated everything with K-Touch, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating. They could have easily canceled on us, but instead they worked with us, and we were truly grateful for that level of understanding.
When we finally arrived, the team showed up with three movers who were full of energy and ready to work. They unloaded the largest U-Haul available in just about two hours, which was incredibly impressive.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and professionalism. They disassembled and reassembled furniture without issue and even removed fixtures in our home that could have been damaged during the move, reinstalling everything once it was safely inside. Their workmanship was outstanding.
They moved with purpose and efficiency, but never made us feel rushed. There was no standing around or trying to run up the clock. They put on their gloves, got straight to work, and maintained that same work ethic until the very end.
They also communicated exceptionally well. Whenever they weren’t sure where something belonged, they asked instead of making assumptions. They were patient while we figured out where we wanted furniture and boxes placed, and they happily accommodated every request.
They were also incredibly friendly. We had two dogs and a young child in the home, and they interacted with our child as if they were family. That kindness didn’t go unnoticed and spoke volumes about the character of the team.
From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, hardworking, and intentional in everything they did. We absolutely got our money’s worth and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
By the time they finished, I found myself asking what other services they offer because they have absolutely earned our business going forward. If you’re looking for movers who are dependable, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about doing the job right, I highly recommend K-Touch Moving Help.

From the first message, Keiwaun was quick to respond which I love I usually don’t like to wait too long. His rate was great and competitive with other movers and fluctuated based off of your needs. I had a few heavy things and they weren’t charging me like most places which was a standard 1 bedroom fee. Him and his friend were on time, had a great system set up and even picked up a few smaller items I was planning to do myself. Also they handled my over talkative self with grace. I would use them for any moving needs.

We hired K-Touch to unload a box truck packed full of millwork, and they did an outstanding job!
