• We use the same estimating software as the insurance companies- All pricing has been pre determined before your estimate was even entered. We enter the square footage of what needs to be done and the software develops the price. This eliminates most of the negotiating with insurance companies.
• Honest- We don’t use scare tactics to win jobs. We’ll be one of the few companies that tell you mold testing isn’t fool proof. We’d also like everyone to know that dead or inactive mold can cause the same health affects as alive. It isn’t like asbestos where if you don’t disturb it’s safe to leave in place. The goal of remediation is to remove the mold not kill it.
Most of the time mold testing is unnecessary, the CDC and other governmental agencies do not recommend mold testing. They recommend having mold removed as soon as you see it so don’t let a shady contractor trick you into services you don’t need.

Very helpful in a stressful situation. A pipe from under my sink broke and was leaking water over my kitchen tile to hardwood flooring. I wasn't sure if I should file an insurance claim because I have a high deductible. I called Kingsley for a free estimate. They arrived at my home in Columbia within an hour of my call and came prepared. The water was sucked up and these big machines set up starting the drying process the same night. Our home was destroyed in the flood in Baton Rouge a month ago. We've never been through anything like that & were clueless about what to do, who to call & what prices would be fair. For anyone wondering who to go with for mold removal....go with Kingsley! Our basement was completely covered in mold and I thought there was no recovering. Kingsley came in and completely removed all signs of mold. We were able to save our drywall and built ins. It was amazing! Mike is also very responsive and always kept me up to date on everything that was being done. He led me through the process, answered all my many questions, and left me feeling very confident about the handling of our situation. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Very fast response. They responded within minutes and were at my house within a couple hours. The mold testing is complete and we should have the results in a couple days. Where else can you get service like that? If it is mold we will absolutely use them for the cleanup.
