Overall the movers were great, on time, efficient and professional with great value, however, the bottom of my dresser and the lamp on my end table were both broken. The broken dresser was the only item acknowledged of being broken. I was told it was kind of already like that (it wasn’t) even though it was drug on the floor and down the stairs by only one of the movers causing the base to crack and the floor to be scratched. I would suggest waiting for both movers to move large items like this that you cannot lift on your own… There was no offer of reconciliation for damages.
