I'm sure there are plenty of companies I could have chosen from to disassemble a bed, but there are some that stand head and shoulders above the rest. In this case I found that to be John Wise - owner of Wise Way Moving Solutions. He was reliable, expedient and trustworthy, not to mention he took extra good care when disassembling my furniture. John arrived on time and went right to work. He was organized an methodical in his approach to ensure once disassembled nothing would fall and possibly cause bodily injury. This was couple with work that didn't leave some much as a scratch. John exhibited a high degree of professionalism, extended all courtesies and a even fair amount of pleasant conversation. A sincere thank you to him for his time on such short notice. He certainly turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. It was a job well done! Thank you, John!

I used Wise Way to unload my furniture from a rental truck I used for the move. First, there were a lot of contingencies with my move so I wasn't sure whether I would need help on one day or the day following day. John Wise, Wise Way Moving Solutions provided the flexibility I needed to remove that stress. He and his assistant were on time and quickly determined what they needed to do and got to work. They were extremely careful with my things and there was no damage to my furniture and everything went where I wanted it in the house. This involved moving a piece or two of furniture before I was satisfied. Parts were missing from one of the bed frames and John Wise volunteered to return at no charge to assemble the bed when I had recovered the lost parts. Their rates were very reasonable and competitive. I would not hesitate to use Wise Way again in the future.

I keep debating between 2 and 3 stars - their handling of could-have-been minor mistake was infuriating, but overall, they moved us effectively without actually losing anything and they were pleasant to work with during the actual move. My husband chose them due to their flat rate for the move. The guys effectively moved most of our stuff to our new house (my husband was, I believe, mostly responsible for that "most" part.) They quickly and efficiently moved all the stuff from the van to the new house. They were primarily very polite, to the point that my son picked up saying "sir" and "ma'am". One of the guys lost the hardware packet for our biggest and most difficult to assemble piece of furniture by leaving it in one of the piles they randomly left at the old house. They didn't want to take the time to check for the packet themselves, but Mr. Wise said to contact them when we found the packet or he would order new hardware and they would come out and replace it. My husband spent over 2 hours combing through the house, even recording the perusal, and couldn't find it, so Mr. Wise ordered the packet. When I went to move the remaining items, I found the packet. Up until this point, communication worked fine. When it came to scheduling their return though, supposedly his texts stopped coming through. He would not answer his phone. Supposedly, one of them came out 8 days after the move, but left no note or contact information (Mr. Wise sent an e-mail less than an hour beforehand. I didn't get it until we went to the old house for clean up, 5 hours later.) Had they answered the phone/called, not promised to fix their error to begin with (we waited for 10 days, with my daughter's room off limits because the furniture was far heavier than she is - I would have been upset, but only for a few hours instead of a week of infuriating phone/text tag), or put the furniture together as promised, they'd be getting a better review. Overall, efficient and polite, but they could stand some improvements.

Wise Way Moving moved my whole house into either a POD I ordered or into a uhaul that was going to take some of my stuff to a temporary house. John and his team were very professional. They moved all the right things into the POD or uhaul, took apart my furniture with care and padded everything carefully; including a desk we have that used to belong to my wife's grandmother. I would highly recommend John and his team for any moving needs!

John is a true professional and honest as they come! He got right back to me and was extremely terrific to work with. I can't sing his praises enough. No hidden fees. He's totally straightforward. I wish there were more movers like him. Work with him. He's truly awesome! Stacey O.
