Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I like to work particularly with women because oftentimes we are taught that we are the weaker gender. Now, while we are not predisposed to bulky muscular builds like our lovely male counterparts, we are just as predisposed to strength and power gains (relative to our size and greater) and many times we are able to surpass even our greatest imaginings. Of course, as a woman, I am definitely partial to working with others like me, but I find that once a woman is shown how she can achieve her goals, I can usually sets the reins down and allow her to pick them up and keep the progress going. I have been every kind of woman: the overweight, the pregnant, the busy mother, the overwhelmed wife, the tired, and so on...so I can relate to each woman and share my knowledge through my success and education with my peers and neighbors. Fitness is my life! I live, eat, breathe and dream about fitness all day long. The principles that I teach my clients are the same that I live by. I have been overweight. I have wanted to lose post partum baby pounds. I have trained for a fitness competition. I have needed to lean out for a photo shoot. I have been on the other side of success and I have fought through every obstacle to reach my goals, and I can help you do the same thing as well! There are so many benefits that come along with living a healthy and fit lifestyle. These include, but are not limited to: better sleep, smaller waistline, more energy, less chance of injury due to a fall, greater immunity, clearer skin, increased libido and the list goes on and on... I live to help my clients conquer their fitness goals and show them that they are more than capable of overcoming whatever obstacles may cross their path! Victory is available to each of us! Go out and get yours!!!

4 years and 75 pounds ago I had an evaluation assessment with CC. I huffed and puffed and moaned and groaned. When she was done explaining the results of my assessment I signed up for 6 weeks of 3 sessions a week. Here it is 4 years and many sizes later and I still count on CC to help me stay motivated and healthy. She is gentle but firm and works around age related aches and pains. She insists on good form and maximum effort and changes things as often as necessary to keep things from getting boring. I encourage anyone in need of a truly personal trainer to sign up for at least 6 weeks of training and then keep adding on more time as the wonderful health changes happen.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check for certifications. A certified personal trainer will have a wallet card indicating certification as well as a CPR Certification card. It is very important to ensure that you work with a certified professional to prevent injuries and ensure that you were getting the highest quality and up to date information in care. personal training is a profession and a skill that requires continued education. Ask to see the trainer's card and do not be afraid to refuse services from someone who cannot provide it. Muscle and joint injuries can be painful and serious. Do not trust your health and wellbeing to just anyone.
