We hired the Food Academy to cook dinner on our family vacation for 16 adults. The chefs prepared a delicious cookout buffet and we had plenty of food. They were professional and really personable. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Fried chicken, mac & cheese, red rice, grilled veggies and corn, sausage, and shrimp skewers were the favorites. Only negative was that they arrived late and dinner was served late. Overall, it was a great dinner.
Throughout the whole process Madonna and her staff were remarkable to say the least. We booked 10 months in advance, they were not too pushy but made sure to stay in touch along the way and made sure to answer and address any questions or comments that we had. The day of the event went effortlessly I think I checked in one time and that was to tell her thank you. I was a bit worried about the fact that the majority of the event staff were out sourced by her however she has a way of bringing people together that makes working together a breeze. I have zero complaints with the services that we receive from Madonna and I highly recommend her to anybody be who is in need of a private chef and caterer
