Introduction: Personal Chef services with Mandy begin with real, whole foods. Whenever possible, I source from local farmers and use fresh, seasonal, local, and organic proteins and produce. Anyone can eat easy and fast foods, so my main focus is also my area of expertise - nutrition. I do my best to ensure maximum nutrition that is best suited to your health needs and goals. Having a personal chef is a lot like having a cleaning service. I prepare everything in your home, while you're at work, so there's very little effort on your end! This saves you so much valuable time, because I do the shopping and can even incorporate items you've already bought. I even clean everything up, so the only dishes you have to do are your meal prep containers after you eat. This helps reduce food waste in your home as well. When everything is done, you can determine what to do with all of the extra time you'll have!
My personal chef and meal preparation services are designed to be PERSONAL. I don't just cook for you. I utilize functional, gentle, nutrition practices to promote mindful well-being. I believe we have to nourish to flourish, and that may look different for each individual or family. So, my services are based on your dietary preferences and needs. You can be as specific as you want to ensure each meal is perfect for you. That's what sets this apart from other companies who mass meal prep. You're at their mercy as far as menu, ingredients, spice level etc. and often have to go out of your way to pick up food. With me, everything is centered around individual needs, and you don't even have to leave your house! I'm certified in Culinary Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, and am friendly to those with food allergies and sensitivities.
I am available for weekly in home meal prep, but I can also plan beautiful food for dinner/cocktail parties, showers, brunches, and catering for small events. Wedding cakes are also on the menu for 2020!
