- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I help them get approved to buy a home. I then take them to look and homes. Then we write an offer to purchase a home. Next we do inspections to make sure the home is a good home to purchase. We then ask for repairs. Then we meet at attorney office for closing of loan. Congratulations, new home owner!

Real Estate License 2006, Broker Associate License 2016
