My name is Derick Hart. I'm owner/operator of D & M Painting and Maintenance, LLC. We are a small business that takes great pride in the work we perform for each client. I enjoy working one on one with my clients. My goal with each client is to make sure they look no further when needing a painter in the future. I have been in the painting profession for over 20 years. I enjoy a happy customer and won't be satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I take great pride in my work and love building a relationship with each and every client. My favorite part is seeing my clients vision of what they want their home to be come to life with my help. We specialize in both new and existing homes. With new custom homes we work with both, the builder and their clients. This is to be sure everyone has a clear understanding of what's to take place on the project and to be sure the new home buyer is getting exactly what they want. We have accounts with both PPG and Sherwin William's along with sales representatives for both companies that keep us up to date with all the latest products. Both companies guarantee their products when we use them and I'm able to pass that guarantee on to you. I don't like making our clients uncomfortable by asking for a down payment to complete their work. Normally what we'll do is ask for a progress payment for work we have already completed for you if this is going to be a large project, 3 or more days. In most cases we'll complete the work before your asked for any money. I can let you know in advance if this was to be the case with your particular project so it wouldn't be unexpected. We are a fully insured company and our men are in house employees. We don't use sub contractors for anything.
