- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Rates are based on labor, travel, and equipment needed. We offer bundle pricing for larger moves, and we’re always transparent about what’s included before the job begins. If disposal, stairs, or oversized items affect the price, we explain that upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering the details of the job—location, item list, access points, and timing. From there, we provide clear pricing and expectations so the customer knows exactly what to expect. On the day of the job, we confirm arrival time, protect the home and items, complete the work efficiently, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before we wrap up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience with residential and commercial moves, heavy lifting, packing, loading, and junk removal. We’ve completed safety training for proper lifting, equipment handling, and protecting furniture, floors, and property. We operate with DOT knowledge for transportation and follow industry-standard moving and safety procedures.
