- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize an hourly rate for our services so you control the duration of your move and are able to clock our team members in and out. We strive to move your belongings as safely and efficiently as possible but in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to give you a free, no obligation estimate based on the average time it takes to move a home, apartment, or storage unit of your size. We also like to factor in how many floors/stairs in your building or home, the distance of the moved, the size of the truck required, and can provide additional movers and advanced padding and wrapping if desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over twenty years experience in packing, wrapping, and transporting items safely and efficiently. All of our movers are trained by us using the latest moving and packing techniques. We only use professional moving equipment to ensure your belongings arrive safely.
