Mr. Shoemaker was so flexible with his schedule and easy to deal with. He was kind, informative and very reasonably priced. He explained what he was doing, and very patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend this gentleman for all computer needs!

Erik, replaced my C-Drive, since it failed and updated the Drive to 500 gbites. He also was able to save my old info from the failed Drive and provided me with a new Antivirus, that Is better than I was using before I met Erik. I am very please and he turned every thing around in one day.

Erik is exceptionally professional and demonstrated a genuine interest in resolving my PC issue in the most cost effective manner (he took the time to troubleshoot the issue and provided options that were in my best interest).
