- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing for all painting and wallpaper installation projects. Every space is different, so we offer customized quotes based on the size of the area, the materials needed, and the complexity of the work. We also offer discounts for larger projects or when combining services (for example, painting and wallpaper in the same visit). There are no hidden fees — the price we quote is exactly what you’ll pay. Our goal is to provide high-quality work at a fair price that reflects the care and detail we put into every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I begin with a brief consultation to understand the client’s vision, needs, and the details of the space. I often do an in-person or photo-based assessment to evaluate the surface conditions and measure the area. After that, I provide a clear, detailed estimate based on the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project at a time that works best for the customer. I show up on time, protect the surrounding areas, and carry out the work professionally and with care — always aiming to exceed expectations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of hands-on experience in painting, carpentry, and wallpaper installation. During this time, I’ve completed a variety of residential and commercial projects, which taught me how to deliver quality results, handle different materials, and adapt to each client’s unique needs. I stay up to date with techniques and tools through workshops, professional videos, and working alongside experienced tradespeople. My training is practical, and my focus is always on doing the job right.
