This company cancelled two hours before they were supposed to do the work. They offered to come a different day, but that day didn't work for me. I absolutely appreciate that they reached out to cancel instead of just ghosting me. I do wish they had been able to keep their appointment instead. Overall, my experience wasn't terrible, but I can't accurately rate their work.
