I build and sell easy to follow training programs with meal plans to show you how to train effectively at home without the heavy equipment. Bodyweight, jump rope, cables, dumbbells and kettlebells. Effective for all ages. I'm not here for the money so I'm at a lower rate. I want to share what I've learned on my fitness and healing journey over the years. I'm pretty new to online training but I've trained in-person and lived a fit lifestyle for a long time. I believe experience matters. I'm trying to build an online presence from scratch.
